Jill
Jill was born in 1964 on Otis Air Force Base
in Cape Cod, Mass. Her father was in the U.S. Air Force and her mother a homemaker.
By the time she was 8 years old, the family
had settled in suburban New Jersey where her love of food, entertaining and cooking began.
She would spend hours in the kitchen with her Italian great grandmother, Noni, and her
grandmother, Nannie, along with her mother. These three generations of strong women would
shape her into the cook that she is today.
With her appreciation for fresh ingredients
and impressive healthy recipes, Jill has been entertaining her friends and family for
years. From intimate dinners for two to dinner parties for twenty, Jill lives up to her
reputation of a self-proclaimed Foodie!
At the age of 40, Jill decided it was time
to get out of the office and into the kitchen. After perfecting her notable signature
dishes and creating new ones, she placed ads in several small publications and presented
herself as a personal cook. Homemade,Healthy and Tasty in an hour or less is
what she emphasized. Before she knew it she had 5 clients and her career as a personal
cook took off.
Now living in New York
City Jill continues her work, preparing healthy, homemade meals for her friends, and
clients alike. |
